Shift is New Belgium's newest beer to hit the shelves in Memphis. This pale lager isn't overly complex or overwhelming by any means. It has a medium body with a light crisp hoppy finish. The coolest thing about this brew is that it comes in 16oz 4-packs (making it perfect for hiking). Shift should be well distributed around town now and shouldn't be hard to find.
