Good ole Party Mart in Jackson Tennessee!

On Tuesday I decided to take a half day and drove to Jackson for beer. I went to a place called Party Mart that made my dream of new beer come true. They are being distributed by both the Memphis and Nashville market. They carried more than I could have ever wished for. They had beers from Samuel Adams Imperial Series, Green Flash, and even Fort Collins Brewery. Party Mart is an amazing little liquor store with very friendly and helpful employees.I highly recommend making the fifty minute drive from Memphis to check out what they have.

It is always a good day when I find a new Stone beer in town. Buster's received only five cases of the amazing Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale. Now this beer isn't aged in oaked barrels like normal but instead is brewed with american oak wood chips. This is a fantastic ale and you should go grab a six pack while you still can. 7.2 ABV
            New Summer Beers!
Samuel Adams has released a new seasonal for summer called Porch Rocker. This beer was inspired by traditional Bavarian Radlers that mixed beer with German-style lemonade. I'm usually not one for fruit style beers, but it is so perfect for grilling on hot days or hanging out by the water. It should be available in almost any grocery store around the Memphis area. 4.5 ABV
Saranac has just landed for the first time at Buster's Wine and Liquor. This is the first high gravity beer from them to hit the Memphis market. Part of their High Peaks collection this is brewed as a traditional Belgain-style Saison, with them using lemon peel and ginger to create a nice twist. 8.5 ABV
